Holly is an Alamance County native who grew up in the rural Elon area. She graduated from Western Alamance High School, attended Guilford College, and lives in Elon today. She earned her North Carolina real estate license in 1999 and has worked with clients across Alamance, Guilford, Caswell, Person, Randolph and Orange counties ever since.
Her fellow REALTORS® know her well. She is the 2026 President of the Burlington Alamance County Association of REALTORS®, after serving as President-Elect in 2025, President in 2007 and President-Elect in 2006, as well as Secretary and Director over the years. In 2023 the association named her REALTOR® of the Year, and she is a Director of its Commercial Alliance.
In 2012 she earned her South Carolina broker license and set up a firm to serve the coast — Little River, North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. The best compliment a past client can pay her, she says, is to send her the next buyer or seller.
Away from work she is usually on the water at Hyco Lake or the Carolina coast, out walking or running in her neighborhood with her dog Chewy, or trying a locally owned restaurant in whatever town she is passing through. She is a North Carolina Notary Public, too.
